We are always open to go down the method of sale preferred by the owner, whether it be it buying at fixed price, going into an Option agreement or working together in a Partnership arrangement.

We work with a team of architects and planning consultants who have vast experience in many of the Local Authorities in the South of England. We are able to assess the potential of land quickly and at no expense to the landowner. 
 
Through careful consideration and negotiation with Local Authorities we are often able to achieve planning permission on those sites where others may not. The importance of pre-application negotiation with Planning departments is hugely important and it is something which we consider to be of the highest priority. Planning fees would always be paid for by our company, thus ensuring a risk-free process.
 
We are extremely proud to have a very high success rate with planning and it is extremely rare for us to take our sites through the appeal process.
